Project skills for impact
This training programme combines our Project Management, Communication and Collaboration, Monitoring and Evaluation and Data Storytelling training together. Across three days, you will build practical skills to plan and manage work, communicate and collaborate effectively, understand and demonstrate impact, and turn evidence into clear stories that support decisions.
